It is a little highish but not like it is super high. You need to take it before he has eaten anything at all. Then you will know for sure. Random readings through the day are very misleading. The levels you give don't sound dangerous or particularly indicative of diabetes. But you won't really have a good sense of it unless you test before breakfast. With a kid, I would say under 120 fasting, you have no worries.
