i would say one touch because its fast and accurate and easy to use.and theres many differnt types, colors and designs it also doesnt take alot of blood and on some it also comes with a cable you can connect to it and hook it up to your computer and it will neatly give you all your numbers and the date and time and u can print it if you want rather than writing it down if you need to...but ive never tried the freestyle flash so yupp you compare haha.
