My nutritionist advised me to switch spaghetti with spaghetti squash - you can try that it's easy to make - but I find it tastes like fart....

So you can look into chinese noodles - soba noodles are wheat free so you can try those....not sure how they'll taste with pasta sauce, but more asian style sauces and curries would be awesome.
