You say "when you go on diet"; does this mean you only go on diets when you feel so inclined? You must stick rigidly to your diet - even when you feel unwell e.g. flu etc.

You must eat at regular times EVERY day, if you are on insulin you must inject regularly, if on other medication e.g. Metformin you must take it regularly. You can lead a relatively normal life if you obey these simple rules. Have discipline, and be happy. I wish you well!
