There are a couple of things you can do to improve your circulation in your feet. One is to exercise!! at least a half hour everyday! That means cardio! Also you may want to get some diabetic socks they help improve circulation. You may also want to get fitted for a pair of diabetic shoes. If you are having trouble with the circulation in your feet get them checked out immediately!!! Do not take hot baths as this will dry out the skin and do not put any lotion in between your toes. Take a very close look at your feet. Look for any sores especially in between you toes. Make sure that every time you visit you Dr. he/she is taking a very close look at your feet. You do not want to develop a diabetic ulcer on you foot. You will not be able to feel any cuts or scraps on you foot if you are loosing circulation. Also massage, heating pads, and resting with your feet above your head will help... BUT REMEMBER anyone who massages your feet or legs MUST message towards the heart!
God Bless
