NO ONE can diagnose diabetes better than a doctor. Everyone here battling about whether thirst or vomiting is a sign- STOP!! Everyone is different and their body handles situations in their own ways.

BTW I have never vomited from diabetes, however, I did have incredible thirst and I peed constantly. I also lost enormous amount of weight.
